For massage therapists who are starting to hear about psychedelic therapies and plant medicine traditions from clients and in discussions with their peers -- and who are struggling with how to respond safely and within their scope of practice.
Just … breathe from your diaphragm. What does that even mean? Many traditions emphasize the breath in a particular location of the body. In this course, we explore the sensation, science, meaning of the diaphragm, and massage techniques.
Participants will develop the skills and confidence needed to integrate ethical, safe, and supportive touch practices into their professional work, enhancing client well-being and fostering a culture of respect and consent.
