(And, you are not just going crazy)
Stop scrolling alone and comparing your real insides to someone else's filtered highlights.
Start learning, sharing, laughing, and finding real answers with a community that gets it.
Join us for in person monthly deep dives into the topics doctors skip. Let's co-create a space for conversation, laughter, and wisdom with no filters, no sales pitches, and no pricey out of pocket hormone tests.
Find clarity, connection, and a good laugh in the chaos, no matter where in life it lands.
It's NOT a lecture hall where you sit silently and take notes. It's NOT a chaotic free-for-all where no one gets heard. It's NOT a cram session trying to cover 40+ years of your biology in 20 minutes.
Doctors often rush through the weird stuff. We slow down with one specific topic per month.
Sometimes it's a lighter flow: how to sleep when your body is running a marathon, or how to talk to a doctor who thinks you're "just stressed."
Other months, we will get heavy: hyper-mobile joints that won't stay put, fascial pain that feels like a nightly body flu, (under diagnosed) ADHD exploding in midlife, or the science of cannabis and psychedelics when your hormones are riding a rollercoaster.
This is the magic of the circle, and we keep it structured for balance.
We gather as one group with a facilitator and use peacekeeping-style guidelines: no interrupting, no cross-talk, and no unsolicited advice.
You can speak from your own experience. We listen. It is a rare chance to be heard without having to perform or fix anything.
This is the decompression zone. We end with ethically sourced cacao and other drinks that won't spike your heart rate even more.
It's where things can move toward new friendships (yes, in midlife!).
You get the clarity of an expert session, the relief of being truly heard, and the comfort of a community that gets it. All without the pressure of performing or the isolation of scrolling alone.
Suz honors the body as a storyteller and guide in transformative experiences. Rooted in the language of ethical and attuned touch, her work explores the nuanced interplay of science, healthcare, tradition, and embodiment.
Suz leads the Peery-Menopause Circle with a rare mix of lived experience and specialized training. Navigating a complex perimenopause herself, she knows the transition and the sheer absurdity of it all inside out. In her practice, she has guided dozens of clients over this shaky threshold. She also has decades of experience creating safe, inclusive, and deeply connected co-learning spaces.
She brings a background cannabis science, psychedelic facilitation, ketamine-assisted care, and medical bodywork to this circle. These allow her to guide through intense emotional shifts and complex physiological changes with precision and compassion.
